We are changing our telephone number on 24/04/2025 During the day we will be transferring to the following number:-

01204 284170

Please update your contact details you hold for us this is a local rate telephone number

So why are we changing?

  • NHS DIGITAL wanted all GP telephone systems to be updated to digital phone lines

So what is changing?

  • All calls will now be recorded for monitoring and training purposes
  • There will now be a call-back option. If the queue is long and you would like to hold your position in the queue, there will be an option for us to call you back. At no expense to you!
