  • Samaritans
    If you are struggling with your mental health and would like someone to talk to someone, 24/7 service.
  • MHIST Bolton
    Mental Health Independent Support Team offering free talking therapy, mindfulness sessions, self help groups, craft and social groups. Advocacy service to help people with mental health benefit forms, bus pass applications and help with accessing mental health services.
